  1. A swimsuit or sports tank and shorts are the most appropriate attire.

  2. Add a rash guard top to protect yourself from the sun. SPF.

  3. Hats and sunglasses may seem like a good idea, but they fall off easily in poses like downward dog.

  4. Hydrate well before heading out since it’s hard to carry anything onto the board.

  5. Bring your sense of playfulness.

  6. Prepare to get wet!

Experience our lakes region and your yoga practice in a completely new way.
Paddle out to begin our floating asana practice. 

You will enjoy the challenges of finding your balance, breath, lightness, strength, playfulness and sense of humor while moving through Vinyasa sequences afloat!  
*For lovers of yoga, water and our beautiful Lakes Region.
This Yoga class is beginner-friendly, although,seasoned practitioners will have fun playing with their edge.
