She WAS the only WPA Certified Instructor in NH, until her student went and got herself certified!  (congratulations, DEB!) She was certifited through Brody Welte’s Standup Fitness Program, recognized by ACE and NSCA, in April of 2012. Safety and fun are top priorities in this sport, so it is important to Michelle to be certified by all major governing bodies in the industry. This gives her the best knowledge to prepare her students with as well.

In 2012 She developed Full Moondala SUP Yoga Teacher training for current RYTs that are looking to take their students to the water to explore a floating practice. Last year alone training a dozen instructors. What an amazing group!

Michelle graduated from the Yoga New Hampshire Teacher Training Program through the Living Yoga Studio in Concord, NH  in 2010. She enjoys the benefits of practicing all types of Yoga, core workouts, running, skiing and hiking.

She has been certified in Childlight Yoga since 2009.  In January of 2013, Michelle opened MOONDALA YOGA STUDIO, a studio for all levels and abilities.

She holds a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, and in the cooler months she teaches high school Spanish!

It was natural that SUP was a perfect fit for Michelle. It blends the water, athleticism, nature, balance, focus and the ablility of being present together in a beautiful and fun way.

Michelle grew up in Wolfeboro, NH and spent her summers on Rattlesnake island: water skiing, tubing, swimming, sailing and doing just about anything she could involving the water.  She is a former high school and college athlete. After college, having her first son, in 2003, she began practicing Ashtanga Yoga and later practicing Forrest Yoga in the summer of 2008. WOW, Practicing for 16 years...

Michelle has utilized her yoga practice as a means to challenge herself physically, release stress and also find balance and clarity in often hectic life.

Michelle lives and is raising her family in Wolfeboro, NH.(sons Reese 15, Brady, 13 and daughter, Lainey 9.)
